Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Director to lead and manage our procurement division. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization. You will be responsible for shaping Mid Trades’ procurement strategy, ensuring cost efficiency, and building strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Monitor KPIs, market trends, and supplier performance.
• Manage budgets, resources, and procurement systems.
• Lead and mentor procurement teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proven track record of managing procurement operations in dynamic industries.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD3,500.000 per month
