Job Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement Executive responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies and services to support company operations. The role focuses on cost-effective procurement, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualification (Non-Negotiable):

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience:
3–5 years of relevant procurement experience

Technical Skills:
-
Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
-
Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
-
Strong analytical skills for quotation comparison and cost control
-
Mandatory Criteria:
-
Experience in manpower services, Oil & Gas, facilities management, logistics, or trading companies
-
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
-
Ability to handle multiple procurement requests under tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
-
Source and procure materials, equipment, and services including office supplies, PPE, spare parts, and operational requirements

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers; obtain and compare quotations
-
Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure approvals as per company procedures
-
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
-
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships; negotiate pricing and terms
-
Track inventory levels and coordinate with operations for timely replenishment
-
Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
-
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, HR, logistics, finance) to fulfill procurement needs

Support manpower mobilization by arranging necessary equipment and resources
