About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Procurement Engineer with experience in the façade industry. This role involves sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring quality standards are met. Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Procurement Activities – Oversee the purchasing process from order placement to material delivery.
• Coordinate with Design Team – Collect and review the Bill of Materials (BOM) to plan material procurement.
• Source and Evaluate Suppliers – Identify and assess suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate Contracts – Secure the best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare Comparative Statements – Analyze supplier quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Work with Production & Project Teams – Align material procurement with production schedules and project timelines.
• Ensure Quality Compliance – Verify that all purchased materials meet industry and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the Material Department – Ensure accurate stock management and avoid material shortages.
• Prepare Procurement Reports – Track purchases, costs, and supplier performance for management review.
• Participate in Kick-off Meetings – Work with project teams to align procurement plans with project needs.
• Monitor Inventory Levels – Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid delays in project execution.
• Use ERP and MS Excel – Maintain records for tracking costs, supplier performance, and purchase trends.
• Stay Updated on Market Trends – Monitor raw material prices, availability, and new sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department – Ensure all materials meet quality control standards before acceptance.
• Arrange Vendor Inspections – Organize inspections at vendor locations to verify product quality and compliance.
• Ensure Quality Control Processes Are Followed – Work with suppliers to meet the company’s quality requirements.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 7+ years in procurement within the façade, Interiors, or manufacturing industries.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or any
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation and cost optimization skills.
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Ability to analyze and compare supplier offers for the best value.
• Knowledge of Façade materials.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Certifications (Preferred): Procurement or supply chain management certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
