Procurement Engineer

Multiple Roles Open in Procurement

We are actively hiring for the below positions. Candidates must have an engineering background with strong experience in MEP, Civil, or Fit-out works (mandatory):

• Procurement Engineer – Civil
• Procurement Engineer – Fit-out & Interior Design
• Procurement Officer – Civil, MEP & Interior Design

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for Civil, ID/Fit-out, & MEP related materials and services but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire fighting, Electrical, ELV systems and related consumables.

 Identify and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for ID/fit-out materials and services

including but not limited to flooring, partitions, ceilings, joinery, and other fit-out components

 Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to meet project schedules and specifications

 Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or timelines

 Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value for the company

 Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and

project requirements

 Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, quality standards,

and cost-efficiency

 Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of materials to project sites

 Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry

standards.

 Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications

 Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align procurement activities

with project needs.

Essential Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline . A relevant procurement/supply chain certification such as CIPS is an added advantage.

 Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years focused on fitout materials, MEP materials and services procurement for construction projects

 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, logistics and finance

 Proficiency in procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. MS Dynamics is an added advantage

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
