Procurement Engineer

Material & Equipment Procurement
Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to identify material requirements.
Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and commercial standards.
Request quotations, compare bids, and prepare techno-commercial evaluations.

Supplier Management
Develop and maintain relationships with approved vendors.
Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.
Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and quality.

Technical Coordination
Liaise with design/engineering teams to clarify material specifications.
Review and approve material submittals and samples in coordination with consultants or clients.
Ensure materials comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements.

Documentation & Compliance
Prepare purchase orders and contracts in line with company policies.
Maintain procurement records, approvals, and vendor databases.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.

Cost & Delivery Control
Monitor procurement budgets and track cost savings.
Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, quality, or delivery issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
