What Do We Expect From You?

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited universities in disciplines of Mechanical Engineering , Material & Metallurgical Engineering , Industrial Engineering, Aerospace-Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
• Preferably 2 - 4 years’ experience of procurement bases,
• Experience in SAP ERP (or similar ERP programs), S4 Hana (asset),
• Certified associate program management certifications (PMI, CPP, CPPM) are asset,
• No travel restrictions (national & International),
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset,
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders through strong communication skills,
• Goal and result oriented working discipline,
• A mindset that supports continuous learning and personal development,
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions with high emotional resilience,
• Strong data-driven, analytical, and objective decision-making skills,
• Currently residing in Eskişehir or willing to relocate,

The Journey, Powered by You, Begins:

• Processing timely requisitions (RFI-RFQ) and purchase orders for consumable parts / COTS products / raw materials,
• Tracking orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, solving on time quality issues,
• Working with quality, material planning, R&D and process departments upon delivery to ensure orders are filled correctly and that goods meet specifications,
• Developing strong relationships with key suppliers and measure supplier’s performance based on quality, delivery, service level and like similar KPI’s,
• Communicating with supplier’s daily and organizing meetings and projects as needed to resolve supply issues or developing and finalizing any on-going projects to resolve supply issues,
• Working with other internal departments like planning, finance, contracts, sales and logistics to prevent or solve any issues and concerns,
• Contact with suppliers in case of non-quality/missing/damaged material or service issues,
• Sourcing for alternative sources for DOMESTIC and OEM projects.
