Being responsible of organizing entire logistics process of the administrative affairs
Job Description:

Manage company purchasing processes in line with internal procedures and obtain required approvals.

Ensure cooperation with reliable and qualified suppliers.

Maintain accurate records and archives of all purchasing documents.
-
Coordinate staff transportation and ensure smooth shuttle operations.
-
Handle maintenance, repair, and technical support needs within the company.
-
Prepare and archive vehicle assignment records.
-
Manage the procurement of office supplies and consumables.
-
Follow up purchasing and procedural processes in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations

Perform assigned tasks accurately and on time as directed by management.

Monitor supplier invoices and ensure timely reconciliations
Qualifications & Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
-
Fluent English in verbal and written
-
2-3 years of experience in similar position.

Good communication, analytical, problem solving skills.

Result oriented, achiever, analytical

Negotiation skills
-
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
