Indirect Procurement Specialist

About the role

Lead sourcing and supplier performance across key indirect categories to deliver cost optimization, service excellence, compliance and sustainability. Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Finance and EHS stakeholders.

Must‑Have Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Near Manisa location (based nearby or willing to commute/relocate).
• Knowledge of procurement categories: Industrial Supplies, Industrial CAPEX, MRO, Construction, and Facility.
• Strong sourcing & negotiation skills, contract management, and supplier performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, supplier capabilities, and potential risks.

• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across procurement processes.

• Digital Transformation Oversight: Maintain and enhance purchasing tools such as Coupa, SSP‑SRM, and SAP MDG; lead initiatives to integrate digital solutions that streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and support better decision‑making.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement aligns with operational requirements.

• Planning: Prepare and implement annual forecast and reforecast of indirect procurement volumes (data provided and validated by Controlling).
