We’re Hiring: Procurement Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer to join our team and support our engineering and operational requirements through effective sourcing and supplier management.

Role Overview The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the procurement of engineering materials, equipment, services, and supplies. This role focuses on cost-effective purchasing while ensuring quality, compliance, and strong supplier relationships. You’ll work closely with engineering, finance, and operations teams to support ongoing projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate procurement activities for engineering materials, equipment, and services. Prepare and implement procurement plans aligned with project and operational needs. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical standards. Review, analyze, and approve technical products and services.

Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical specifications. Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records . Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance. Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and terms. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers. Prepare procurement budgets, cost analyses, and management reports. Monitor market trends and potential supply risks. Support audits and maintain proper procurement documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or a similar engineering-related role, with at least 2 years in UAE .

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/ERP software

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Supervisory or team coordination experience is a plus

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
