Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontract services for MEP projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of electro-mechanical materials, supplier negotiation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirements.
• Review technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings before procurement.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for MEP materials (Electrical & Mechanical).
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site team for material requirements.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery to site.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier database.
• Ensure materials comply with project specifications and standards.
• Assist in cost control and budget monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years experience in MEP or Electro-Mechanical contracting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical materials.
• Experience in UAE market preferred.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong coordination with suppliers and site teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
