Procurement Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Strategies: Effective sourcing strategies to find cost-effective deals and

suppliers.

2. Supplier Partnerships: Identifying profitable suppliers and initiating business

partnerships.

3. Negotiation: Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

4. Order Preparation: Preparation POs of necessary goods and services as per approved MR.

5. Purchase Finalization: Finalizing purchase details for orders and deliveries as per

approved MR.

6. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics dept in organizing the materials to shop floor.

7. Material check: Coordinate with stores dept for the confirming the correctness of ordered

quantity and received quantity.

8. Expense Reduction: Tracking and reporting to department head for reduce expenses and

improve effectiveness.

9. Collaboration: Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of specifications and

expectations.

10. Long-Term Savings: Building a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

11. Report Generation: Prepare monthly and project wise reports on procurement status .

Skill requirements: Negotiations skills, Organized and systematic approach , Ready to work under

pressure , task oriented, Basic Knowledge on logistics terms and UAE customs rules , Strong

mathematical skills .

Special Skill or knowledge required: Microsoft Packages (Excel , word, Outlook, Teams) , ERP

platforms, Good in Excel calculations and formulas, Good engineering skills for easy bid

evaluations. Fast typing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Procurement Engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
