Job Summary:

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to manage and support the procurement function for our

automation manufacturing operations. The role involves vendor coordination, purchase planning,

cost control, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support smooth production and project

execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Handle procurement of raw materials, components, and services for manufacturing

* Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors

* Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms

* Ensure timely procurement to meet production requirements

* Maintain purchase records, documentation, and reports

* Coordinate with production, stores, and finance teams

* Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

* Support cost control and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

* MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain or Procurement is an added advantage

Experience:

* 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchase function

* Experience in manufacturing or automation industry preferred

Skills Required:

* Knowledge of procurement and vendor management

* Basic understanding of manufacturing materials and components

* Negotiation and coordination skills

* ERP / Excel / Purchase documentation knowledge

* Good communication and organizational skills

Salary:

30,000 per month
