We Are Hiring – MEP Procurement Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MEP Procurement Officer to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining smooth coordination between suppliers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
• Compare prices, prepare purchase orders, and negotiate terms
• Coordinate closely with estimation, site, and accounts teams
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in compliance with project specifications
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier database
• Monitor market trends and evaluate supplier performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 1–3 years of MEP procurement experience in the UAE (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and current market pricing
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation management
