Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for civil, structural, and infrastructure works, ensuring cost, quality, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, tenders, and contracts for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate terms, and recommend the best value solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement and project execution.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of materials to support cost-effective sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Manage procurement documentation, vendor performance, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of overall experience in procurement, with at least 7 years in the UAE in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures specific to civil works.
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
