Procurement Engineer cum Sales For Oil & Gas Company

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Procurement Engineer cum Sales professional to manage the full cycle of procurement, vendor development, and project-based sales within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise, with the ability to source quality materials, negotiate effectively, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai.

Salary(AED)- 18,000-22,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Manage project sales activities — prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and support contract execution.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and materials to support ongoing and future projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to achieve cost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation in line with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Procurement and Sales within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in sourcing, vendor management, and project-based sales.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
