Procurement Engineer (MEP)

Asian Falcons Engineering Contracting LLC is seeking a Procurement Engineer with experience in MEP construction projects to join our team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Procurement within MEP Contracting Companies.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and suppliers in the UAE market.
• Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring Mechanical and Electrical materials.
• Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and ELV systems.
• Ability to review technical specifications, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of local suppliers, manufacturers, and procurement procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure MEP materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Coordinate with technical office, project, and site teams regarding material requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain supplier databases and develop new vendor relationships.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with project specifications and budgets.
• Track material deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and value engineering opportunities.

Preferred:

• UAE MEP Contracting Experience.
• Immediate Joiners.
• Experience handling multiple construction projects simultaneously.
