Job Summary:

The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities including tactical sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management. The role ensures efficient procurement aligned with budget, timelines, and company policies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full procurement cycle: requisitions, sourcing, evaluation, and award.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet purchasing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

People Management:

  • No direct reports.
  • Guide end-users on procurement policies and best practices.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Functional/Technical Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with systems like Coupa, SAP ERP.
  • Excellent negotiation and data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in supplier relationship management.


Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CIPS Level 3 or higher preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in procurement.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Internal: Finance, Operations, Legal, and project teams.
  • External: Suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
