Job Summary:
As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for company operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the company receives high-quality goods at competitive prices and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, technical, finance) to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Resolve supply issues and vendor complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role (preferably in the electronics/security/service industry).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Understanding of supply chain procedures and market dynamics.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with ERP systems (like SAP, Tally, Zoho Inventory, etc.).
- Familiarity with electronic components, security equipment, or technical products.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations (if applicable).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
