We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with strong negotiation skills and hands-on experience in procurement processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Microsoft Excel and preferably familiar with Zoho tools. This role requires excellent communication, vendor management, and analytical skills to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor identification, quotations, negotiations, and purchase order creation.
- Evaluate and compare quotations to determine the best deals and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure timely processing of POs and invoices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and quality assurance.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any quality or delivery issues.
- Prepare reports and analysis on procurement data using Excel.
- Update and manage procurement workflows and records in Zoho (preferred).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Working knowledge of Zoho (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
