Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement processes for our B S Halli facility. The role involves ensuring cost-effective purchasing, maintaining quality standards, and timely delivery of materials to support smooth operations in both production and R&D activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with the stores, production, and quality teams for material requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders and track delivery status.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any supply-related issues.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
• Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and reports.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock situations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of taxation, purchase terms, and commercial clauses.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com/BBA/B.E./B.Tech).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase functions in a manufacturing setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
