Experience Required

4–5 years in procurement / sourcing, preferably in furniture, woodwork, or manufacturing industries

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field
• MBA / Diploma in Materials Management (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials (wood, laminates, plywood, hardware, fabrics, upholstery, paints, adhesives, etc.) at competitive prices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and national vendors.
• Evaluate suppliers on price, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and payment conditions.
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, and Quality Control teams to understand material requirements.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory.
• Conduct regular market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the stores team for reordering.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory regulations.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of furniture raw materials and vendors.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP / MS Office.
• Analytical and cost-optimization mindset.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Salary Range

• ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA, depending on skills and company scale.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
