Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure interior design materials such as laminates, veneers, wood, paints, hardware, furniture, lighting, and décor items.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations to ensure best pricing and quality.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with design, project, and accounts teams for material approvals and billing.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Monitor material quality and report discrepancies or delays to the project manager.
- Track procurement costs and contribute to cost control and budget adherence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of procurement experience in the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
