Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Executive based in Malkapur, Maharashtra. The Procurement Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing purchasing processes, issuing and monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and supplies. The role involves working closely with vendors and suppliers, maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. Efficiency, accuracy, and effective communication with stakeholders will be crucial to this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and cost optimization
• Effective Communication skills to establish and maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
