Procurement Executive

Simpaisa is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor relationships, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, knowledge of IT procurement, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional requirements efficiently while ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management

  • Manage procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and technical services to support business operations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and manage RFPs (Request for Proposals), POs (Purchase Orders), GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), SRNs (Service Receipt Notes), and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, subscriptions, warranties, and support contracts.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and vendor databases.

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level compliance.
  • Handle end-to-end supplier onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate visa processing and documentation for employee travel and international operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill procurement requirements effectively.
  • Support budget planning, cost analysis, and procurement forecasting.
  • Assist in implementing digital procurement systems and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT equipment, software licensing, and technical service procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing procurement documentation (RFPs, POs, GRNs, SRNs).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • Experience in digital procurement tools and automation systems is a plus.
