Simpaisa is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor relationships, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, knowledge of IT procurement, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional requirements efficiently while ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management
- Manage procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and technical services to support business operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and manage RFPs (Request for Proposals), POs (Purchase Orders), GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), SRNs (Service Receipt Notes), and related documentation.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, subscriptions, warranties, and support contracts.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and vendor databases.
Vendor & Supplier Management
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level compliance.
- Handle end-to-end supplier onboarding and documentation processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Coordinate visa processing and documentation for employee travel and international operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill procurement requirements effectively.
- Support budget planning, cost analysis, and procurement forecasting.
- Assist in implementing digital procurement systems and process automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of IT equipment, software licensing, and technical service procurement.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing procurement documentation (RFPs, POs, GRNs, SRNs).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
Preferred Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Experience in digital procurement tools and automation systems is a plus.
