Procurement Executive - Local (UAE Seafood Category)

East Fish Processing LLC is a leading seafood company based in Ajman, UAE, renowned for delivering top-quality seafood products.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Procurement Executive with expertise in the UAE seafood category. In this role, you will manage local procurement activities to ensure an efficient and reliable supply chain while optimizing processes to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Negotiation: Build relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts for pricing and quality, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Procurement Management: Coordinate with stakeholders, manage orders from placement to delivery, and maintain inventory levels.
• Quality Assurance: Set quality standards, inspect and audit suppliers, and address quality issues.
• Logistics and Distribution: Oversee transportation and delivery, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage import/export processes.
• Cost Management: Track spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work towards budget goals.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure legal and policy compliance, mitigate procurement risks, and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of UAE experience in seafood procurement or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of seafood products and market trends.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
