About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team at Dr. Firas Dental & Orthodontic Center LLC. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing procurement activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring supplier compliance, and supporting smooth operational flow within the dental center.
Note: Preference will be given to male candidates due to the operational nature of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Storekeeping
- Identify procurement needs and source at least three suppliers per item.
- Prepare summaries and recommendations for department approval.
- Raise and manage purchase orders through Doc32.
- Receive, inspect, label, and store dental and medical supplies.
- Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and ensure timely disposal of surplus items.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
- Conduct weekly and monthly audits with Finance and Quality teams.
Reporting
- Submit weekly inventory updates to department seniors.
- Prepare monthly procurement and consumption reports for Senior Management.
- Report discrepancies, losses, or damages promptly.
- Evaluate and summarize supplier performance.
Compliance
- Ensure all items are properly recorded and traceable in Doc32.
- Support internal and external audits with complete documentation.
- Ensure all suppliers adhere to the center’s standard operating procedures and policies.
- Strictly follow all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
Experience:
- Strong familiarity with dental and medical equipment, consumables, and supplies.
- Prior experience in procurement within a medical or healthcare setup.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Dok32 system.
