Procurement Executive/Engineer

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant bachelor degree.
• Good Knowledge in SAP MM & PP / Strong in MS office
• Need candidate from Equipment Manufacturing / engineering products like pumps, turbines, Valves, separators, etc., (Preferred Pump Industry), EPC Sector (Not from Automobile Industry)
• Source and procure pump components such as castings, impellers, shafts, seals, motors, and fasteners.
• Should have 4+ years of experience in procurement.
• Evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure material specifications are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Track and expedite deliveries to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procurement policies.
• Verifications and processing of all supplier bills on time, escalate if any delay.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and vendor audits.
• Understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in handling imports and logistics
• Technical understanding of engineering components.
• Proficiency in ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
