Job Title: Procurement & Inventory Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement & Inventory Executive. The role involves coordinating with vendors, handling procurement activities, maintaining stock inventory, and managing basic Excel reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, visit, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for material procurement.
  • Negotiate prices, quotations, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, purchase orders, and deliveries.
  • Regularly update and monitor inventory levels.
  • Prepare and manage data in MS Excel (basic reports, stock tracking, etc.).
  • Assist in vendor management and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth procurement process and support project requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or related field.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, stock tracking, reporting).
  • Ability to visit vendors/market as per requirement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: ₹10,000 - 15,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
