Procurement Lead

Overview:

Masdr Data Solution is looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end procurement activities, drive cost efficiency, and build strong supplier partnerships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, and contracting
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with business needs
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
• Optimize costs while maintaining quality and service standards
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
