United Electrical Supplies Factory Co. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality electrical distribution and ventilation solutions in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a highly capable Procurement & Logistics Officer to manage our end-to-end supply chain and ensure our manufacturing facility operates cost-effectively.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Manage local and international procurement (including Alibaba.com) for raw materials and spare parts, handling price negotiations and contract finalization.
• Global Logistics: Oversee international sea/land container shipments (avg. 5/month), managing Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LC), and all export/import documentation.
• Compliance & Customs: Ensure 100% regulatory compliance with SABER, SASO, and ZATCA customs clearance (HS codes, VAT).
• Inventory Control: Manage purchasing and inventory cycles (FIFO, forecasting, physical counts) entirely within the Odoo ERP system.
• Vendor Management: Build a centralized supplier database, evaluate products with engineering teams, and represent the company at local/international trade expos.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years in the KSA manufacturing sector (experience with electrical products is a strong plus).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP and Advanced Excel.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Legal Status: Must hold a valid, transferable Iqama.

Compensation Package

• Salary: SAR 3,000 / month
• Benefits: Company-provided Accommodation + Company Transportation
