We’re Hiring: Procurement Manager – F&B

Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Multi-Brand F&B Group

We are a fast-growing multi-brand F&B group in Dubai, operating across restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and a central production kitchen. We are looking for a strategic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage the full procurement cycle across the group.

If you have a deep understanding of restaurant procurement, supplier management, and inventory controls, this is your opportunity to play a key role in our operational excellence and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement Strategy & Supplier Management

- Manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracts for all food, packaging, and operational supplies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors across local and international markets

- Regularly benchmark pricing and quality to ensure best-in-market deals

- Ensure timely procurement aligned with kitchen production and outlet operations

- Inventory Control & Cost Efficiency

- Collaborate with central kitchen and outlet teams to forecast and plan purchasing needs

- Monitor consumption trends and avoid overstocking or stock-outs

- Align purchasing with cost control goals to improve profitability

- Work closely with finance and cost control teams to ensure pricing and purchasing discipline

- ERP & Process Compliance

- Oversee procurement processes through ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Oracle, SAP)

- Ensure full documentation, PO compliance, GRN validation, and real-time system accuracy. Implement and enforce SOPs for procurement, vendor evaluation, and receiving protocols

- Team Leadership & Reporting

- Lead and mentor purchasing and storekeeping staff.

- Generate timely procurement reports, supplier performance analysis, and cost-saving trackers

- Participate in budgeting and strategic sourcing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within the restaurant or F&B industry

- Strong network and knowledge of F&B suppliers in UAE/GCC

- Proven ability to negotiate, strategize, and reduce costs without compromising quality.

- Hands-on experience with ERP procurement modules and inventory systems

- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

- Familiarity with HACCP, food safety, and compliance standards.

- Able to work under pressure and manage procurement across multiple brands and kitchens.
