Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in catering or food services. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in handling monthly procurement of AED 2.5 million+ in food and non-food items.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the catering or F&B industry
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume purchases (AED 2.5M+ per month)
• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage sourcing, contracts, and supply chain efficiency
• UAE experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
