Unacademy is India’s largest learning platform, building India’s leading offline + online learning ecosystem. We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead CAPEX and OPEX procurement across offline centers pan-India, drive cost optimization, and manage end-to-end vendor operations.

Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for end-to-end procurement operations, including sourcing, vendor management, cost negotiations, and ERP-based tracking. The role requires strong expertise in CAPEX/OPEX management, vendor coordination, and techno-commercial negotiations across multiple categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX and OPEX procurement for all offline centers pan-India.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities: sourcing, RFP, vendor negotiation, PR creation, and PO awarding.
• Handle techno-commercial negotiations with vendors across categories: Civil, MEP, Interiors, HVAC, Furniture, UPS, Lighting, FAPS, AV & Equipment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for budgeting new/modification works in offline centers.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new vendors in coordination with operations teams.
• Track goods and services delivery; ensure accurate invoice processing and dispute resolution.
• Maintain and generate CAPEX and OPEX reports for management review.
• Drive ERP-based procurement operations (Oracle/SAP/other SCM modules) .
• Act as a bridge between vendors, operations, and finance for timely closures.
• Support admin-related procurement activities (including recurring OPEX and R&M).

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and CAPEX/OPEX operations/
• Strong knowledge of Oracle/SAP or other ERP SCM modules.
• Proven track record in negotiation, budgeting, and vendor relations.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and categories across regions.
