(Mid-level) Procurement Manager

Armacorp, Inc. is an Aerospace & Defense company working with international clients on both commercial and military procurements. We are looking for candidates who are motivated, detailed-oriented, and eager to learn the industry. Our company is looking for a candidate in mid-level position who will assist in the process of sourcing products, purchasing, quoting, receiving orders, shipping, and managing vendors.

Overview

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Salary: $55,000-90,000/ yr
  • Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, 401k, paid time off for vacation and sick days.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for products (spare parts, materials, equipment, etc) and identifying qualified or potential vendors.
  • Contact vendors, request for quotes, place orders, verify specifications /requirements and communicate with suppliers to determine delivery dates.
  • Cross-checking technical aspects w/ customer requirement.
  • Track all orders, project delivery timelines, check product quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Accurately responding to inquiries on orders, delivery and stock availability.
  • Manage data entry (issuing POs, invoice and shipping documents) other administrative tasks and daily activities.
  • Manage customer relations and related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with receiving, packing, shipping and managing inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • Must be detailed-oriented and have a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must speak fluent English & Korean.
  • Knowledge of / learn part numbers (OEM P/N, NSN, NIIN), procurement processes and maintain correct documentations.
  • Knowledge of Mil-Spec Fasteners, Chemicals and Electronics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proficient in Quickbooks is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement and international trade in the Aerospace industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
