Procurement Strategy Development:


  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and supply chain dynamics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Establish procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

Supplier Management:


  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and performance.

Team Leadership:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Set performance goals for the procurement team and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on procurement processes and best practices.

Procurement Operations:


  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
  • Manage procurement-related data and analytics to inform decision-making and report on key performance indicators.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and product development, to understand their procurement needs and align strategies.
  • Support the development of budgets and forecasts related to procurement activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Cost Management:
