Procurement Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the procurement strategy aligned with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.
- Forecast material requirements in coordination with Production Planning, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams.
2. Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers according to company and regulatory standards (GMP-compliant).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms to ensure best value.
- Maintain a robust supplier database and performance monitoring system (delivery, quality, reliability).
- Conduct regular supplier audits with QA and Regulatory Affairs teams.
3. Procurement Operations
- Oversee purchase order management, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all purchased materials in line with GMP/GDP.
- Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and cost control.
- Ensure stock availability and manage safety stock levels to avoid production delays.
4. Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company SOPs and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain records for audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with QA/RA to handle supplier-related deviations or non-conformances.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
- Promote a culture of ethical procurement, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
