Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement (Manager Level) to lead and oversee the entire procurement function. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement operations—especially within Sialkot’s manufacturing and supplier markets. Proficiency in ERP systems is essential for managing procurement workflows and ensuring data accuracy.

Imp to have Leather procurement experience.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of procurement best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong working knowledge of Sialkot supplier markets (mandatory).
• Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, ERPNext, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
