Procurement Manager

Our corporate company, operating in the defense industry and engaged in high-tech and strategic projects, is seeking a Procurement Manager. Please note that this recruitment is being conducted on a confidential basis.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,
• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience in highly regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, automotive, or similar sectors,
• Proven experience in managing both domestic and international suppliers,
• Strong knowledge of contract management, price negotiation, cost analysis, and strategic sourcing,
• Familiarity with military standards, quality requirements, and confidentiality procedures,
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Strong analytical thinking skills with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities,
• High level of sensitivity to confidentiality and information security

Job Description

• End-to-end management of strategic and operational procurement processes,
• Selection and development of suppliers for critical materials, systems, and services,
• Development of long-term procurement strategies,
• Management of contract processes and associated risks,
• Execution of cost improvement initiatives and local supplier development programs,
• Management of the procurement team and monitoring of their performance,
• Regular reporting to senior management
