General Qualifications:


  • Graduated from universities’ Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related departments,
  • Advanced level of English proficiency,
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in procurement and supply management,
  • Experience in IT (Information Technologies) procurement processes,
  • Experience in construction and renovation procurement (preferred),
  • Knowledge of preparing and managing service and product procurement contracts,
  • Experience in cost analysis and reporting,
  • Experience in supplier management (new/alternative supplier research, ensuring sustainability, performance evaluation),
  • Experience in budget preparation, cost tracking, and reporting processes,
  • Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
  • Result- and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of profitability and efficiency,
  • Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on internal customer satisfaction,
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment,
  • No travel restrictions and actively able to drive,
  • Proficient in using ERP procurement modules and MS Office applications (preferred).


Job Description:


  • Managing end-to-end procurement processes (supplier research, evaluation, request for quotation, negotiation, contract preparation, order, and delivery management),
  • Ensuring the procurement of products and services required by the company in the most appropriate manner in terms of quality, cost, and lead time,
  • Working in coordination with Operations, Planning, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure procurement requests are met on time,
  • Managing IT, construction/renovation, and general procurement categories,
  • Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contract terms and company standards,
  • Preparing and maintaining procurement reports, cost analyses, and budget tracking,
  • Conducting all procurement activities in compliance with company procedures and compliance standards,
  • Developing the supplier database and establishing sustainable, long-term partnerships,
  • Identifying and implementing cost-reduction and process improvement opportunities,
  • Regularly reporting procurement performance, risks, and improvement areas to the line manager,
  • Contributing to the development of the company’s overall procurement strategy and policies,
  • Monitoring market trends and evaluating alternative sourcing and cost optimization opportunities.
