Job Title: Procurement Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary
The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors, contractors, and suppliers for real estate projects, ensuring timely availability of materials and services at optimal cost, quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute procurement strategies for construction materials, MEP, finishes, services, and contracts across real estate projects.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize suppliers, vendors, and contractors in line with project budgets and timelines.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, POs, contracts, delivery schedules, and inventory coordination.
- Ensure cost optimization, quality compliance, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate closely with project, finance, legal, and site teams to ensure seamless execution and timely payments.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain long-term strategic vendor relationships.
- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternative sourcing opportunities to mitigate risks.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost control skills
- Sound knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and procurement best practices
- Ability to read BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and MS Excel
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Age Below 45 yrs
- 4–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate or construction
- Experience handling large-scale residential is preferred
- Only Real estate Experience profiles are accepted

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
