Currently, we are managing operations for BPCL across Maharashtra and Goa, and we’re expanding our footprint with new and upcoming projects.

Job Summary

The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s purchasing activities to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services at the best value. This role involves developing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and sustainability
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with vendors
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance
• Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and inventory planning
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations
• Analyze market trends, costs, and supply risks to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, production, etc.)
• Lead and mentor procurement team members
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Prepare procurement reports and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor risk management
• Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
