Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager (Interior Projects)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of interior materials as per project requirements.
Collect and review vendor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
Negotiate pricing and finalize vendors based on quality and cost efficiency.
Maintain proper records of material billing and vendor invoices.
Verify quantities, rates, and billing details before submission to accounts.
Conduct quality checks on hardware and other interior materials.
Ensure timely material delivery as per project timelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors.
Have complete knowledge of interior materials including hardware, plywood, laminates, electrical, and fittings.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in material procurement for interior projects.
Strong understanding of vendor coordination and rate comparison.
Knowledge of interior materials and market pricing.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel for quotation comparison and billing records.
