Role Overview


As Procurement Manager, you will manage end-to-end procurement activities, support transformation initiatives, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply chains.


Key Responsibilities :


• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract management.

• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and spend analysis.

• Drive procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity.

• Manage procurement budgets and monitor expenditure performance.

• Conduct market analysis and assess supply chain risks to support decision-making.

• Perform spend analysis and financial reviews to optimize procurement costs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team.

• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and sustainable procurement practices.


Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree and professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM) preferred.

• 10+ years of procurement experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role within an FMCG environment.

• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain risk management, and sustainability practices.

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
