Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships for our general trading operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, timely availability of materials, and compliance with company policies and trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage procurement activities for general trading products
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure timely purchase and delivery of materials as per business needs
  • Monitor pricing, quality, and supplier performance
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams
  • Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with import/export and trade regulations
  • Control procurement costs and improve purchasing efficiency
  • Prepare procurement reports and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Procurement Manager or similar role
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of general trading, sourcing, and supply chain processes
  • Familiarity with import/export documentation is an advantage
  • Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • UAE experience preferred
