Job Title: Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services essential for our business.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
· Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for electrical, automation, and mechanical components, including vendor qualification and performance monitoring.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize cost and maintain strong supplier relationships.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels, purchase orders, and procurement schedules to ensure uninterrupted production and project execution.
· Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to forecast material requirements and manage procurement budgets.
· Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and dashboards for management review.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement best practices, including vendor rationalization.
· Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new technologies in industrial automation and electrical components.
Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. MBA preferred.
· 2– 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in industrial automation, electrical, or manufacturing sectors.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
· Knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, contracts, and inventory management systems.
· Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
