Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and purchasing activities related to real estate development projects. The role ensures cost-effective procurement of materials, services, and contracts while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage sourcing, tendering, and supplier selection for construction and real estate projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and contractors.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with project management, engineering, and finance teams to support project needs.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Manage procurement budgets and track cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate or construction sector.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Experience managing procurement for large-scale development projects.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Saudi nationality is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼90,030.53 - ﷼108,423.87 per year
