Job Summary
Mobco Group is seeking an experienced
Procurement Manager
to lead and manage procurement activities for a
mega high-rise project in Makkah
. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across
all construction disciplines,
including Civil, Architecture, MEP, and Infrastructure, with a strong background in managing large-scale procurement operations, vendor management, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage procurement activities for all project disciplines (Civil, Architectural, MEP, and Infrastructure)

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets

Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers and subcontractors

Manage tendering process, including RFQs, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations
-
Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project teams to ensure procurement requirements are met

Monitor procurement schedules to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services
-
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
-
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project specifications
-
Manage procurement risks and identify cost-saving opportunities

Supervise procurement engineers and procurement team members
-
Prepare procurement reports and updates for senior management

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
-
Ensure all procurement documentation is properly maintained and approved
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum
15+ years of procurement experience
in the construction industry

Experience working on
mega high-rise projects
-
Strong knowledge of
Civil, Architectural, and MEP procurement

Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC region preferred

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong analytical and commercial awareness

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Makkah or Western Region projects

Experience working with major contractors or mega developments

Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers

Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems
