Procurement Manager

Expertise in Tactical Heavy Duty Auto Spares, Tactical Gear & Tactical Uniforms is a must.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist/ Manager with strong strategic sourcing expertise to support advanced vehicle manufacturing and technical apparel production. This is a senior, hands‑on role requiring deep understanding of complex manufacturing supply chains, with full ownership of sourcing strategy, supplier performance, quality oversight, and cost control.

This position is not transactional purchasing. It requires strategic thinking, technical understanding of materials, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to operate independently with real responsibility.

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex manufacturing categories
• Source directly from mills, OEMs, Tier‑1 manufacturers, and certified production facilities
• Qualify and manage suppliers globally, ensuring capacity, capability, and reliability
• Build resilient multi‑source supply models to manage risk and continuity

Material & Technical Understanding

• Work with high‑strength steel products, processed steel forms, and industrial components
• Support sourcing for technical and performance apparel materials, fabrics, and accessories
• Translate engineering and production requirements into effective sourcing solutions
• Challenge over‑specification and identify cost‑effective alternatives

Commercial & Negotiation Ownership

• Lead supplier negotiations with full cost accountability
• Structure long‑term and index‑linked pricing models where applicable
• Control contractual terms including pricing mechanisms, lead times, volume commitments, and risk clauses
• Drive measurable cost savings and value improvements

Pricing Intelligence & Market Analysis

• Conduct pricing surveys and build benchmark models
• Monitor global raw material trends and supplier cost drivers
• Analyze market data to support sourcing and negotiation decisions

Supplier Performance & Quality Oversight

• Establish and manage supplier performance scorecards
• Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments (remote and on‑site)
• Ensure quality systems, documentation, traceability, and compliance standards are met
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

Data, Reporting & Power BI

• Use Power BI to analyze spend, pricing trends, supplier performance, and risk exposure
• Convert complex and fragmented data into actionable insights
• Provide clear reporting to support management decision‑making

Leadership & Autonomy

• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Set sourcing standards and discipline across assigned categories
• Lead and mentor procurement team members as required

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership
• Background in advanced manufacturing, industrial production, or technical apparel manufacturing
• Strong experience sourcing steel products, industrial components, and technical materials
• Proven negotiation, supplier audit, and vendor performance management skills
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI for analysis and reporting
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
