Job Opportunity: Procurement Manager – Tier 1 Contracting Company (Dubai)

Position: Procurement Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 30,000 – AED 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and company goals
• Manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchasing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• Oversee material planning, contracts, and cost control
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to meet operational needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in procurement within the construction/contracting industry
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, and contract administration
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
