Job Title: Procurement Manager– Oil & Gas (OCTG, Chemicals, Valves & Drilling Tools)

Department: Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain

Location. - Dubai

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of procurement experience in oil & gas, specifically with equipment and services for OCTG, drilling, wellhead, CHEMICALS or production operations.

Must have :

• proven success in international sourcing and vendor management—particularly in China, India, Japan, and the United States.
• Familiarity with API 6A, 6D, API5CT, API5L and other key upstream equipment standards.
• Strong grasp of well construction workflows, material take-off processes, and technical drawings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
• A postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, PMP) is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365), Excel, and procurement analytics
• Able to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in fast-paced, compliance-heavy environments.
